Signals Intelligence: emissions become decisions
Everything in the fight emits — and every emission is a chance to detect, characterize, and locate a threat before it acts. The problem is volume: raw signals arrive far faster than any analyst can turn them into a decision.
DaggerOS™ turns the emissions in the environment into geolocated, classified tracks and places them in the same fused picture as radar, EO/IR, and acoustic data. It does this passively, so detection does not depend on radiating anything of ours. BlackEcho™ surfaces what matters out of the volume; the operator decides, and the decision is recorded.
How DaggerOS handles it
The value of signals intelligence is lost if it lands as a separate feed a human must reconcile by hand. DaggerOS folds it into the one picture so a characterized emission is a track alongside every other domain, with a location and a confidence. It runs air-gapped, so nothing leaves the box. The operator holds the picture; the Human Gate governs any effect.
Related subsystems
- DaggerOS — fuses signals-derived tracks into the single picture and seals them into the record.
- BlackEcho — reduces volume to the emissions that matter and drafts a recommendation.
- Human Gate — the single authorization point.
Standards touched
Track and surveillance data are exchanged per ASTERIX and STANAG 4607. The tamper-evident decision record is chained with hashing aligned to FIPS 180-4 / 186-5, so a signals-derived decision is verifiable after the fact. Human-in-command is held to DoDD 3000.09.
Where it fits
Signals intelligence supports contested-spectrum operations, gps-denied operations, and wide-area awareness. It is evaluated by SOF elements, fusion centers, and coalition partners. See contested-spectrum EW and the fusion centers view.
Evidence
Demonstrated under live, operationally representative conditions at T-REX 26-2 (May 2026) — passive signals-derived tracks fused into the multi-domain picture.
FAQ
Does the signals picture leave the box?
No. DaggerOS is air-gapped by architecture. Signals are processed on-box, and nothing is sent to an outside network.
How is a signals decision made defensible later?
Every decision input, including a signals-derived track, is written into a tamper-evident, SHA-256-chained record you can verify in your own browser.
Does it replace an analyst?
No. BlackEcho reduces volume and drafts a recommendation, but a human reads the picture and decides. The tool serves the analyst; it does not act for them.
