What we collect, and nothing more.
This site is built to hold as little of your data as possible. We collect the fields you type into the contact form, an anonymous count of page hits, and anonymous performance measurements. We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics, and we set no cookies unless one is strictly required to serve the page.

What we collect
Contact-form fields
When you submit the contact form we receive the values you entered: your name, organization, email address, and message. A hidden anti-spam field (a honeypot) and, once enabled, a Cloudflare Turnstile token are also processed to filter automated submissions. We use these only to read and respond to your message.
Anonymous page-hit counts
We keep an aggregate count of how often pages are viewed. These counts are anonymous: they are not tied to a name, an account, or a profile of you.
Anonymous Web Vitals
We collect anonymous performance measurements — Core Web Vitals such as loading, interaction, and layout-stability timings — so we can keep the site fast and accessible. These carry no personal identifiers.
What we do not do
- No advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.

- No selling or sharing of your data for marketing.
- No cookies unless one is strictly required to deliver the page you asked for.
- No automated reply — a person reads what you send.
How the form data is handled
The contact form posts to a first-party endpoint on this domain. Submissions are delivered to BlackTimber Defense so a person can respond. We keep a message only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then remove it.
Security posture
The site is served over HTTPS with a strict Content-Security-Policy and same-origin resource loading. How the wider platform protects operational data is described on the trust page.

If this statement changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
